Lay-in Return Filter Grille w/ Louvered Core
Return & Exhaust Grilles from the AirGuide all-aluminum line, made to the customer's order in full and fractional sizes, standard and custom colors. Fixed-bar, aluminum grid, perforated, filter-back and door grilles sized for low pressure drop and a clean face in occupied space. Surface, T-bar and duct-mounted.

Description
- Construction: 6063 Extruded aluminum frame mechanically interlocked for strength. This model is assembled in a 3 part system: first is the mounting frame that serves as a retainer for the filter as well as the R-6 fiberglass back, second is the fast track removable core system that allows easy removal of core and access to filter both while installed, third is the attachment of the R-6 fiberglass back.
- The unit is designed for a standard 20" x 20" (508 x 508) filter
- Available in 24" x 24" (609.6 x 609.6) for t-bar application only
- This unit is versatile in that you can interchange 3 different core styles into the same frame.
- The cores that can be interchanged are the follow: (a) 38° louvered core with rigid PVC track the eliminates corrosion and vibration (standard core style); (b) Aluminum perforated core (get specs); (c) 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2" (12.7 x 12.7 x 12.7) woven aluminum eggcrate 0.015" (0.38) with 90% free area
